Understanding how this works

The Three Pillars

■ THE TEA  ■ THE TINCTURE  ■ THE LIFESTYLE

Gut Healing · Liver Support · Nervous System Repair · Hormonal & Metabolic Balance · Mineral Replenishment · Circulation

All three pillars are non-negotiable. The herbs are powerful allies — but they work WITH you, not FOR you. The soul siblings who experience the most dramatic transformations are the ones who commit to all three.

What’s Happening in Your Body Right Now

Sometimes it’s not one thing. You’re bloated. You’re exhausted. Your digestion is off. Your hormones feel all over the place. You’re stressed but tired. Your energy crashes. You feel puffy, inflamed, foggy, or simply not like yourself anymore.

Because every system in the body communicates with another, supporting only one piece can leave the bigger picture untouched. Here’s what’s usually happening underneath:

  • Gut & Digestive Strain — A compromised gut lining, sluggish bile flow, and irregular digestion make it harder to absorb nutrients and easier to hold onto bloating, discomfort, and inflammation.
  • Overworked Liver & Elimination Pathways — Your liver is your body’s filtration system. When it’s taxed by stress, processed foods, and environmental load, elimination slows down and that backlog shows up as fatigue, puffiness, and skin or hormone changes.
  • Dysregulated Nervous System — Chronic stress keeps your body in a sympathetic (“fight or flight”) state, which disrupts digestion, sleep, hormone signaling, and your ability to feel calm and regulated.
  • Hormonal & Blood Sugar Imbalance — Blood sugar swings and metabolic strain ripple outward into cravings, energy crashes, and hormonal imbalance — all of it connected to the same root systems above.
Why Herbs Alone Aren’t Enough — And Why This Protocol Is Different

Full Body Reset was created to support the body as a whole. This is a 21-herb tea + tincture protocol combining nourishing, restorative, adaptogenic, digestive, and metabolic herbs to support the gut, liver, nervous system, hormonal pathways, blood sugar, digestion, elimination, circulation, energy, and overall metabolic health — together.

This is not a cleanse that strips your body. Not a weight-loss product. Not a quick fix. It’s a daily ritual designed to nourish, replenish, and support your body’s natural ability to find balance.

Your tincture and tea work through complementary pathways simultaneously. The lifestyle foundation creates the internal environment where this biochemistry can take full effect.

The Tea

Your Full Body Reset tea protocol

What’s In Your Tea & Why It’s There
  • Moringa — Nutrient-Dense Nourishment. One of the most mineral-rich plants available; helps replenish what chronic stress depletes. Traditionally used to support stable energy and reduce inflammatory load. Rich in magnesium and B vitamins that support nervous system regulation. Provides foundational nutritional support for whole-body healing.
  • Tulsi (Holy Basil) — Adaptogen & Nervous System Ally. Traditionally used to support the body’s stress response and HPA axis balance. Helps ease stress-driven cravings and supports steadier blood sugar. Calming without sedating — well suited to daytime use.
  • Nettle — Mineral & Fluid Balance. Deeply mineral-rich, supporting hydration and healthy fluid balance. Traditionally used to support kidney function and gentle elimination. Nourishing to depleted systems, especially during a longer reset.
  • Lemongrass — Digestive Calming & Anti-Inflammatory Support. A traditional carminative — eases bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. Supports the body’s natural anti-inflammatory processes. A gentle nervine that encourages parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) activation. Brightens the blend’s flavor while adding therapeutic value.
  • Lemon Balm — Nervous System & Digestive Support. Traditionally used to ease tension and support restful sleep. Gently supportive of digestion, especially when stress is a factor. Uplifting without being stimulating.
  • Dandelion Leaf — Liver Support & Gentle Detoxification. Rich in potassium, calcium, and antioxidants. Supports liver detoxification pathways central to hormone and metabolic regulation. A natural diuretic that eases bloating and fluid retention without depleting electrolytes. Bitter compounds support healthy digestive and bile flow.
  • Gotu Kola — Circulation, Lymphatic Drainage & Nervous System Repair. Traditionally used to support blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Helps ease fluid retention and bloating. Adaptogenic support for stress resilience and cognitive clarity. Supports nervous system recovery — especially valuable during burnout.
  • Rosemary — Circulation & Cellular Support. Traditionally used to support healthy circulation and mental clarity. Antioxidant-rich, supporting cellular resilience. A warming, grounding note that rounds out the blend.
Tea Preparation — Two Methods

The volatile oils and active compounds in your herbs are temperature-sensitive. Always keep your vessel covered — this preserves the volatile oils and active compounds that would otherwise escape with the steam. Both methods below work beautifully. Choose whichever fits your morning or afternoon routine.

🍵 Method 1 — Stovetop Simmer (Maximum Extraction)
  • Measure 1 tablespoon of tea blend per 8 oz filtered water.
  • Place herbs in a small pot with COLD water.
  • Cover with a lid — critical to preserve volatile oils.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer (small bubbles, NOT a rolling boil).
  • Maintain a gentle simmer for 20 minutes, lid on throughout.
  • Remove from heat, steep 5–10 minutes more, still covered.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Drink warm or at room temperature.
☕ Method 2 — Hot Steep (Simple & Convenient)
  • Measure 1 tablespoon of tea blend per 8 oz.
  • Place herbs directly into your cup or a heat-safe vessel.
  • Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs.
  • Cover immediately with a lid, saucer, or small plate.
  • Let steep covered for 30 minutes — do not lift the lid.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Drink warm or at room temperature.
🌿 Both methods are effective. Method 1 produces a slightly stronger extraction. Method 2 is perfect for busy mornings or when you’re away from home. The most important rule for either method: keep it covered.
Daily Schedule
🌅Morning Cup (30–60 min after waking) — After morning sunlight exposure, before coffee. Wait 60–90 minutes after tea for coffee.
🌤️Afternoon Cup (2–4 PM) — Supports steadier energy and digestion through the most vulnerable part of the day.
What to Expect: Tea Timeline
  • Week 1 — Adjusting to the taste. Possible mild digestive shifts and increased thirst as your body adjusts. Support with hydration.
  • Weeks 2–3 — Energy beginning to stabilize. Sleep improving. Digestion smoothing out. Bloating beginning to ease.
  • Weeks 4–6 — Noticeable shift in stress resilience. Fluid retention visibly decreasing. Clothes fitting differently.
  • Weeks 8–12 — Sustained calm energy. Mental clarity. More consistent digestion and elimination. A settled, “more like yourself” feeling.
The Tincture

Your Full Body Reset tincture protocol

Tincture Ingredients & How They Work
🌱 Gut + Digestion
  • Marshmallow Root — Soothing and demulcent; traditionally used to support and soothe the gastrointestinal lining.
  • Plantain — Traditionally used to support gut lining integrity and digestive comfort.
  • Fennel — A classic carminative; eases bloating, gas, and digestive tension.
  • Artichoke — Supports bile flow, digestion, and nutrient absorption.
🌿 Liver + Natural Elimination
  • Dandelion Root — Supports healthy liver function and the body’s natural elimination pathways.
  • Burdock — Traditionally used to support skin, liver, and elimination.
  • Schisandra — An adaptogen traditionally used to support liver resilience and stress recovery.
🧠 Nervous System + Stress

Complemented by Schisandra above, working alongside the tea’s Tulsi, Lemon Balm, and Gotu Kola to round out nervous-system support across the full protocol.

💎 Hormonal + Metabolic Balance
  • Fenugreek — Rich in soluble fiber; traditionally used to support satiety and steadier blood sugar response.
  • Cinnamon — Traditionally used to support healthy insulin sensitivity and a gentler blood sugar rise after meals.
  • Goldenseal — Contains berberine compounds traditionally associated with metabolic and insulin-sensitivity support.
  • Coptis (Huang Lian) — A concentrated berberine-containing herb with a long history in Traditional Chinese Medicine for metabolic support.
  • Oregon Grape Root — A gentler berberine-containing herb suited to daily, ongoing support; also supports bile production and liver function.
  • Gymnema — Traditionally used to support healthy sugar cravings and blood sugar balance.
How to Take Your Tincture — Sublingual Method

Sublingual absorption bypasses much of the digestive process, delivering herbs into the bloodstream through the mucous membrane — generally faster and more efficient than swallowing a dose outright.

🌗Dosage: ½–¾ dropper (0.50–0.75 mL) · Timing: Twice daily, 15–20 minutes before your two largest meals · Method: Shake first. Sublingual. Hold 60–90 sec.
  • Place the entire dose directly under your tongue.
  • Hold for 60–90 seconds without swallowing.
  • Swish gently around the mouth for 15–30 seconds.
  • Swallow slowly.
  • Wait 5–10 minutes before eating or drinking anything.
💛 The Taste Reality: This is bitter and strong — that’s the plant compounds at work. If needed, chase with a small sip of water after the hold. It becomes easier after 5–7 days.
Sensitive? Start Low & Go Slow

Begin with ¼ dropper once daily before your largest meal. After 3–5 days, increase to ¼ dropper twice daily. Gradually build to the full dose as tolerated. Reduce or pause if you experience nausea, stomach discomfort, lightheadedness, or loose stools.

Cycling Protocol

Because this formula contains berberine-rich herbs (Goldenseal, Coptis, Oregon Grape Root), the same cycling logic as our other berberine-based tinctures applies: take a scheduled break from the tincture periodically and continue the tea throughout.

What to Expect: Tincture Timeline
  • 5–10 min — Tingling under the tongue, strong bitter taste, a warming sensation. Normal.
  • 20–30 min — A gentle shift in energy and mental clarity.
  • Weeks 1–2 — Digestion beginning to feel steadier. Fewer energy crashes between meals.
  • Weeks 3–4 — Noticeable improvement in bloating and digestive comfort. Blood sugar feeling more stable.
  • Months 2–3 — A settled, whole-body shift. More consistent energy, digestion, and mood. The “everything feels connected and finally working together” feeling.
The 90-Day Reset

Why whole-body support works

Why Most Resets Fail — And What Actually Works

Supporting only one system at a time — just the gut, just the liver, just hormones — can leave the bigger picture untouched, because every system in the body communicates with another. Full Body Reset was built around addressing these systems together:

  • Gut lining integrity and digestive comfort
  • Liver function and natural elimination pathways
  • Nervous system regulation and stress resilience
  • Blood sugar and metabolic balance
  • Mineral replenishment and hydration
  • Circulation and cellular support

Your tincture and tea are already addressing several of these pathways together. The lifestyle pillars amplify the herbs’ effects and create the conditions for lasting change.

Why 90 Days?

This isn’t a harsh 7-day “detox.” Full Body Reset is about consistency, nourishment, and giving your body time. For 90 days, the tea and tincture become a simple daily ritual of supporting the systems that work for you every single day — your gut, your liver, your nervous system, your hormones, your digestion, your blood sugar, your energy, your metabolism, your natural elimination pathways.

Because your body isn’t a collection of separate problems. It’s one beautifully interconnected system.

The Lifestyle

  • Wait 60–90 minutes after waking for coffee.
  • Protein-first breakfast within 1 hour of waking.
Nutrition Protocol — Eat to Support Your Reset
  • Rule 1: Never Eat Naked Carbs — Always pair carbs with protein and/or fat to ease blood sugar swings.
  • Rule 2: Prioritize Protein at Every Meal — Target 25–35g protein per meal to stabilize blood sugar and support digestion.
  • Rule 3: Protein Within 1 Hour of Waking — Signals steadiness to the nervous system and supports consistent energy.
  • Rule 4: Strategic Meal Timing — Breakfast 7–9 AM · Lunch 12–2 PM · Dinner 5–7 PM (3+ hours before bed).
  • Rule 5: Include Bitter & Fibrous Foods Daily — Dark leafy greens, arugula, dandelion, radicchio, and fiber-rich vegetables support digestion and gentle elimination alongside your tincture and tea.
🚶‍♀️ Post-Meal Walks — 10–15 minute walks after meals support digestion, circulation, and steadier blood sugar. Simple, free, and one of the most consistently useful habits in this protocol.
Evening Routine — Support Rest & Elimination
  • 90 min before bed: dim lights to warm/amber only.
  • 90 min before bed: no screens, or use blue-light blocking glasses.

  • Bedroom: complete darkness, room temp 65–68°F, consistent bedtime 10–11 PM.

Rest is when your body repairs, regulates hormones, and supports its own elimination pathways. It’s not a luxury — it’s part of the protocol.

Safety

Precautions & troubleshooting

When to Use Caution
  • Medications — If you take diabetes medications, blood thinners, or blood pressure medications, consult your healthcare provider before starting. Berberine-containing herbs (Goldenseal, Coptis, Oregon Grape Root) can interact with these medications.
  • Hypoglycemia — If you have a history of low blood sugar, start with the reduced-dose protocol and monitor closely.
  • Pregnancy / Nursing — Do not use berberine-containing herbs during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • Cycling — Follow whatever cycling schedule you set for this formula’s berberine-containing herbs.
  • Hydration — Stay well-hydrated throughout, especially in the first two weeks.
Troubleshooting
  • Tea tastes too bitter or strong — Add a small amount of raw honey or monk fruit, or fresh mint. Start with 1 tablespoon and work up.
  • Not seeing results — Review lifestyle consistency first. Confirm the tincture is taken sublingually before meals and the tea is prepared covered. Whole-body healing takes 8–12 weeks minimum.
  • Feeling worse at first — Normal as your body adjusts. Reduce doses by half and increase slowly over 1–2 weeks. Increase hydration.
  • Can I take tincture with hot tea? — No — wait at least 10 minutes after tincture before drinking anything.
  • Nausea from tincture — Reduce dose slightly and take with a small amount of food.
This Works. But Only If You Work It.

The soul siblings who see the most dramatic results — feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, more like themselves than they have in years — are the ones who commit to all of it. Every day. With consistency. With compassion. Without judgment.

  • Drinking the tea, every day.
  • Taking the tincture sublingually before meals, consistently.
  • Following the morning routine and evening reset.
  • Prioritizing protein and post-meal walks.
  • Protecting your sleep like the intervention it is.
  • Being patient — whole-body healing takes 8–12 weeks minimum.
  • Showing up for yourself, even on the hard days.

Healing is not linear. There will be hard days. Old patterns will try to resurface. What matters: you keep coming back. With compassion. Without judgment.

“Your body isn’t a collection of separate problems. It’s one beautifully interconnected system, and it’s been working overtime trying to protect you. Now you’re creating the conditions where it can finally relax, recalibrate, and remember how to thrive.”
