Step 2 — Water Extraction Take the spent herbs from the alcohol extraction and add them to a small pot. Cover with water and simmer gently for 30–60 minutes. Do not boil aggressively. Allow to cool, then strain.

Step 3 — Combine Mix the alcohol extract with the water extract. Transfer to a dark glass dropper bottle and store away from heat and light.
